The Snug is a self-contained 1 bedroom cottage annex, available either to supplement other cottages or as “stand alone” accommodation if required. It is adjacent to Shire horse Barn with views over the lakes and courtyard
One of our 7 restored courtyard of holiday cottages located here at Poachers’s hideaway located with lake as well as court yard views, within our grounds you have private use of our fishing lakes, miles of stunning countryside located in the Lincolnshire Wolds natural outstanding beauty, our private fishing lakes are for guests use only, within the grounds we have nature ponds, natural springs you will see in the valley of peace and tranquility, our hidden gem is home to rare wildlife, we have 150 acres of natural outstanding countryside to explore which is part of the viking way walk while exploring the views so rare to find
The main bedroom has a comfortable double bed, there is two steps to the living area with a sofa bed to sleep 2 further guests, and has a door opening directly on to the courtyard
The Snug is a delightful open plan studio cottage with high ceilings to the living areas – very light airy and spacious with large sofa, dining table and complimentary wicker and pine furniture throughout. The integral kitchen offers a good range of pots, pans, utensils and glassware together with a cooker, kettle, microwave, toaster and fridge. There is a large power shower off the lounge and a separate cloakroom with wash hand basin and toilet, there is door exit to both the nature ponds and private court yard

The access to The Poachers Hideaway is down a one kilometre long private road with one passing place half way down. This is a working agricultural area, and if you meet an agricultural vehicle or any other vehicle you must reverse out of the way and under NO circumstances drive on any crops / field space.
Please advise your vehicle registration number(s) before arrival.
