Bedrooms two and three are on the ground floor – bedroom two is a large double room, light and airy with a high ash panelled ceiling and a king size double bed. Bedroom three has 4 single beds – either bedrooms will take a cot. Granary guests can now enjoy an electric fully adjustable 6ft bed in our downstairs bedroom two.
The Granary is a south facing cottage with simply stunning views over the fishing lakes, the Lincolnshire Wolds and the Belchford Valley, also smart TVs in all bedrooms and living room, plus a coffee maker
On the ground floor are the kitchen, dining room, family bathroom and 2 bedrooms. The dining room is light and spacious and leads directly to the fitted kitchen which offers an excellent range of pots, pans, utensils and glassware together with kitchen appliances including a washing machine and dishwasher.
The family bathroom has a bath with shower over, toilet and hand wash basin. Bedrooms two and three are on the ground floor – bedroom two is a large double room, light and airy with a high ash panelled ceiling, with a king size electric fully adjustable double bed. Bedroom three has 4 single beds – either bedrooms will also take a cot.
The first-floor lounge incorporates the impressive oak stairwell and boasts a log burner with sofa and multiple armchairs circling the log burner, ash panelled ceiling and oak floor. Bedroom one is also on the first floor with ash panelled ceiling and large double bed plus an en-suite toilet with shower and basin. It has a homely, comfortable feel to it and is the perfect place from which to enjoy the panoramic views of the countryside

The access to The Poachers Hideaway is down a one kilometre long private road with one passing place half way down. This is a working agricultural area, and if you meet an agricultural vehicle or any other vehicle you must reverse out of the way and under NO circumstances drive on any crops / field space.
Please advise your vehicle registration number(s) before arrival.
