On-site we can offer fishing on our Trout, Coarse and Carp lakes open to residents only , or you might like to take one of our guided walks which we offer on a regular basis. There are miles of interconnecting routes that meander round the undulating hills and valleys of Flintwood Farm, but for those seeking to explore further, the Viking Way joins the farm and opens up many more beautiful areas of Lincolnshire. Others like to take in the many antique shops in Horncastle (the antiques capital of Lincolnshire). Why not take a look at our activities page for more ideas?
The coast is not too far away, with secluded beaches such as Theddlethorpe and Huttoft and many of our guests like to go seal watching at Donna Nook when they come for a winter holiday. If you prefer something a little busier, then there are the more traditional holiday resorts such as Skegness and Sutton on Sea, also within easy reach.

If you are organising a wedding, our holiday cottages offer the ideal accommodation for groups of wedding guests. Our location, close to Louth and Horncastle means that up to 26 of your friends and relatives can enjoy a special weekend break in the company of friends and family, rather than being scattered around bed and breakfast accommodation. We also offer a function room and ample space for a marquee, if you are looking for the ideal location for your wedding reception.
