Thai Foot Massage (up to 60 Minutes: £35)
This is a deeper, more invigorating leg and foot massage ideal for an energy boost. A special stick is used on the reflex points on the soles of the feet. Please wear loose trousers for this treatment.

Ayurvedic Facial 75 Minutes: £40.00)
This wonderful Ayurvedic Facial & Marma Point Massage is a detoxifying treatment that utilises natural products from pure essential oils, botanical extracts and herbal preparations to deeply cleanse, hydrate and rejuvenate the skin. It includes a facial steam, and a marma point massage to help you to relax and relieve the stress lines of everyday life. The restorative benefits of herbs and oils from India have been known for centuries.

Indian Head Massage (45 Minutes: £30.00)
Indian Head Massage - The traditional art of Indian Head Massage is based on the ancient system of medicine known as Ayurveda, which has been practised in India for thousands of years. A relaxing treatment which includes massage of the upper arms, back, shoulders and neck. Head massage and face massage make up the main part of this very popular treatment.
Hot Stone Rebalance Therapy (60 Minutes: £40.00)
A deeply relaxing treatment, where hot stones are placed at energy points to soothe and drain away tensions. The therapy is completed with a rebalance of the charkas to leave you feeling completely rebalanced.
Reiki (60 Minutes: £35.00)
Reiki is an ancient hands-on healing that has been introduced into the western world from Japan. It is pronounced "Ray-Key" and the two words meant "Universal Life Force". Its purpose is to create wholeness and well being. It is a powerful transformational tool for healing on all levels of our being - physical, emotional, mental and spiritual.
The Reiki energy is channelled through the practitioner to the recipient. The energy is drawn to each centre, transmuting negative energy and releasing blockages, straightening and aligning the energy centres within the body. Reiki accelerates healing by supporting the body's natural ability to heal itself.

Hopi Ear Candling - Thermoauricular Therapy (45 Minutes: £30.00)
Hopi Ear Candling - is very soothing and therapeutic. The application and warmth is comforting and pleasant. After both ears have been candled, a soothing face massage is performed. It is used for a number of problems related to the head and ears - ear wax, headaches, migraines, sinusitis, rhinitis, glue ear, snoring, hay fever, colds and flu, tinnitus and general stress relief.
Foot Reflexology (up to 90 Minutes: £45.00)
This ancient Eastern therapy works in a holistic way to balance all the bodys systems. It is a deeply relaxing treatment and can be used to help specific health complaints or is effective for stress reduction. The treatment includes a full consultation and ends with a refreshing foot massage.
